For October’s spotlight, we’d like to introduce Paige McCurdy – Bellwyck Pharma Services’ Senior Quality Assurance Associate at our U.S. facility. Paige has been with Bellwyck for more than 2 years and has been an integral part of Bellwyck’s Quality Assurance team.
We sat down with Paige to discuss her experience in the clinical packaging field.
Here’s what Paige had to say:
What does a typical day at Bellwyck look like for you?
A typical day for me involves maintaining quality standards across all groups, providing direction for the Quality Assurance team so that we can support the other teams, and creatively solving problems to achieve quality results that please the client and exceed our standards.
What is your favourite part of your day?
I enjoy working as a team to provide creative and flexible solutions to client requests and issues that may arise.
What do you like most about working in the clinical packaging industry?
I like that every day is new in the clinical packaging industry. Every job comes with its own set of challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
What do you find most challenging about working in the clinical packaging industry?
Every day is new! Just when you think you have the hang of something, a new detail or challenge pops up. You always have to be on your toes and ready to take on whatever comes our way!
